This website is operated by Alfred Charles McCullen, known as Alfie, as an individual in the United Kingdom. Contact: alfiebusinessfundimentals@gmail.com.

The site publishes explanations of company operations, historical financial information, accounting definitions and related risks. It does not assess personal suitability or provide buy, hold or sell recommendations. Coverage is not a model portfolio or an endorsement. No disclaimer constitutes regulatory approval.

Sources, calculations and limitations

Read each metric's reporting period, currency, units, definition and source. Reported figures, calculated measures and editorial interpretation should be distinguished. Definitions can change and periods may not be comparable. Missing disclosures should be identified rather than silently estimated.

Information can be incomplete, incorrect or outdated. The site is not an independent audit of company accounts, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or verification of every figure. Check original disclosures. Sources may have separate terms and copyright restrictions.

Submitting corrections

Submit only relevant factual material that you have permission to share. Provide source links and brief relevant excerpts rather than complete copyrighted documents. Do not submit personal financial records, confidential information, identifying information about other people, abusive material, unsupported personal allegations, advertising or investment solicitations.

You retain any rights in your original contribution. By submitting, you grant the operator a non-exclusive permission to review, reproduce, edit and use the contribution as needed to investigate and publish a correction. This does not authorise unrelated marketing or remove your data-protection rights.

The owner may request evidence, decline a report, remove inappropriate material or restrict abusive use. Submitted reports are allegations of error, not established findings. The report form is not a public discussion forum, and no response time for editorial review is guaranteed.

Accepted reports do not automatically alter financial data. Publishing a data correction creates a notice on the company page and a dated log entry; it leaves implementation pending. The owner marks a report implemented only after checking the website change. Website bug fixes have a separate owner-reviewed completion entry and do not create financial correction banners. The correction log publishes the reviewed metric, period, original/proposed values and owner explanation. Original messages and account identifiers are not automatically published. Private report deletion does not remove published editorial correction records.

AI and accounts

Automated AI fact-checking is not connected to this report service. Any AI-assisted site preparation does not establish independent verification of its content. ChatGPT authentication supplies identity to protect report access; the site does not collect your sign-in password. Google access, where offered, is through ChatGPT's provider screen, not a separate Google login.

You are responsible for protecting your provider account. We may restrict misuse while handling any personal information in accordance with the privacy notice. This free version does not enrol you in a subscription or mailing list.

Copyright, questions and complaints

Company filings, trademarks and other third-party content remain subject to their owners' rights. Availability on this site does not grant a general right to redistribute them. Contact the operator about rights concerns, inaccurate attribution or a complaint. Use Report an issue for evidence-backed data corrections.

Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights. These terms do not assert that incorporation, insurance, ICO registration or specialist legal review has been completed.

Evidence discussions and published corrections

Updated 20 October 2026. Reporters and the owner can exchange private evidence replies. These replies, their timestamps and review decisions are included in your report export and deletion controls, and expire with the private report after 365 days without activity. The owner can delete spam reports earlier, removing the private report, its discussion and owner alerts together. Spam deletion is unavailable for reports linked to a published correction or verified fix.

After accepting evidence, the owner separately reviews the public wording and publishes a dated company correction notice and correction-log entry together. Published fields are the company page, metric, period, earlier and corrected values, evidence URL, explanation and publication date. Published editorial records do not store your account identifier or private discussion and remain after private report deletion or expiry. Do not include personal information in fields intended for publication; contact alfiebusinessfundimentals@gmail.com if a published record contains personal information.

Correction notices amend the identified statement on the page. Underlying tables and derived calculations require a separate source update. Reports are reviewed by a human; AI training or automated fact-checking is not connected.

Owner report alerts

New submissions and reporter evidence replies create an owner-only alert containing the report reference, event type, timestamp and read status. Alerts are deleted with the private report, including on expiry. The application displays these alerts on the site. The owner notification recipient is alfiebusinessfundimentals@gmail.com; email delivery is pending connection of a sending service and sender address. Once enabled, Resend will process the owner’s destination address, a generic event description and a protected report link; report text and reporter account details are not included. Delivery status and provider references are stored with the private alert. Messages already dispatched to the owner’s inbox and provider logs are separate from live report deletion.
